Terms and Conditions for Focused Fishing

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Focused Fishing, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the individual(s) or entity booking, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer." The Agreement governs the rights and obligations of both parties relating to the services provided by the Company. By booking, the Customer agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservation and Confirmation: a. To secure Focused Fishing services, the Customer must make a reservation by contacting the Company directly. Payment in full, as determined by the Company, is required to confirm a reservation. The amount and payment method will be communicated to the Customer during the booking process. c. The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment by the Company and subsequent written confirmation to the Customer.

2. Details and Changes: a. The specific details, including the date, time, duration, and location, will be agreed upon between the Company and the Customer. b. Any changes to the confirmed reservation, including rescheduling or modifications to the details, must be requested by the Customer in writing and are subject to the Company's availability and approval. c. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, the Customer will be offered an alternative date. Refunds will not be given if the Customer does not to attend.

3. Pricing and Payment: a. The pricing will be communicated to the Customer by the Company. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking. b. The Customer agrees to make the full payment as per the agreed terms. Payment methods accepted by the Company may include cash, credit/debit cards, electronic funds transfer, or any other method specified by the Company. c. All prices quoted by the Company are exclusive of any applicable taxes, fees, or gratuities, unless otherwise stated.

4. Customer Responsibilities: a. The Customer is responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point or departure location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. b. The Customer must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the Company. c. The Customer shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to fishing, boating, and environmental conservation. d. The Customer acknowledges that fishing involves inherent risks, and they participate at their own risk. The Company shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the serive, except in cases of proven negligence on the part of the Company.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: a. The Customer may cancel by providing written notice to the Company at least 2weeks prior to the service. The cancellation will be effective from the date of receipt of such notice. b. The refund of the deposit or any prepaid amount shall be subject to the Company's cancellation policy, which will be communicated to the Customer at the time of booking. c. The Company reserves the right to retain a portion or the full deposit if a cancellation occurs within a specified period, as determined by the Company.

6 . A confidentiality document must be signed prior to receiving our services to ensure the protection of all sensitive information shared during the engagement.

7. Intellectual Property: a. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the day by the Company or its representatives may be used for promotional or marketing purposes without further consent or compensation.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Customer and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

By booking services with the Company, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
